These terms govern purchases and custom orders made at Coffee and Bakery, LLC (“we,” “us”), a neighborhood coffee shop and bakery located at 1880 South Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293. By ordering at our counter or placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

We sell coffee, espresso drinks, fresh-baked pastries, breads, custom cakes and a small breakfast-and-lunch menu, served over the counter at our Venice storefront. We do not sell products online and we do not ship goods; every order is prepared and handed to you in person.

Orders and pricing

Prices posted on this website and at the counter are current typical prices and may change with our menu and seasonal offerings. For a custom cake or catering order, the price we quote you at the time you reserve is the price that applies to your order.

Custom orders and deposits

Custom cakes and catering trays are reserved with a deposit and the balance is due at pickup. We accept card, tap and cash. There is no online checkout, subscription, or recurring charge. Please give us reasonable notice for custom orders so we can source ingredients and schedule the bake.

Allergens and food safety

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and other common allergens. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before you order; we cannot guarantee any item is free of cross-contact.

Pickup and freshness

Baked goods are best enjoyed fresh. Please pick up custom orders at the time you reserved. We are not able to hold perishable items indefinitely and cannot guarantee freshness for orders picked up late.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific item or order at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
